💅 Why are services divided by nail length?

Nail length directly affects time, product usage, structure, and durability. Longer nails require more preparation, reinforcement, and precision to ensure safe wear and long-lasting results.

For this reason, all services are categorized by Short, Medium, and Long lengths.

📏 How do I know my nail length?

Please use the guide below when booking:

• Short: Free edge does not extend past the fingertip

• Medium: Free edge extends slightly past the fingertip (up to ~¼ inch)

• Long: Free edge extends more than ¼ inch past the fingertip

👉 If you are unsure, always book the longer length category. Under-booking may require an upgrade at your appointment.

🎨 What are design tiers?

Designs are priced separately based on complexity and time, not just appearance.

Design Tier 1 – Minimal

• Solid color

• Cat-eye

• Minimal accent (1–2 nails)

Design Tier 2 – Detailed

• Multiple colors

• French

• Foil, flakes, simple art

• Isolated chrome details

• 3–4 accent nails

Design Tier 3 – Advanced

• Hand-painted art

• Full nail art set

• Highly detailed or custom designs

✨ Design tiers are add-ons and must be selected when booking.

💅 What if I want to remove length?

If you plan to significantly shorten your nails, please select the service based on the desired length.

❓What products are used at Simply Pretty Nails?

I DO NOT use traditional nail polish, dip powder system or acrylic method.

I work exclusively with professional gel systems like F.O.X. Nails, LinTo, Claresa, PALU

All services are performed using:

hard gel
builder gel
fiber base gel
acrygel

This allows me to provide:

strong, flexible structure
lightwell durabitliy
long-lasting wear
reduced lifting when properly maintained

My focus is on precision, structure, and nail integrity - which is why gel systems are the best fit for my technique and standards.

Cancellations & Rebooking Policies

**Cancellation and Rebooking Policy**

At Simply Pretty Nails, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring changes to your scheduled appointments. To ensure a smooth process, please review our cancellation and rebooking policy below:

1. **Cancellation Notice**: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of **3 days' notice** prior to your scheduled time.

2. **Rebooking Policy**:

- If you cancel your appointment with **3 or more days' notice**, you may rebook your appointment at no additional cost.

- If you cancel or rebook with **less than 3 days' notice**, a fee of **50% of the original appointment cost** will be applied to any rebooked appointment. This fee must be settled before scheduling a new appointment.

3. **No-Show Policy**: Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice will also incur a fee of **50% of the original appointment cost**, which will need to be paid before rescheduling.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation and rebooking policy. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and continue providing the best service possible to all our clients.
